Good news! The Zero Waste – Right Dose initiative, carried out at the Andanças Festival, was cited as a good practice in the fight against food waste at the European Consumer Food Waste Forum (see report).
“How do your food choices impact the environment?”
At Andanças, we have the practice of encouraging the reduction of food waste through Dose Certa, sensitizing people to serve only the amount of food they will consume. In 2022, we monitored the sustainability parameters at the Andanças festival and also compared the results obtained in previous editions (2014, 2015 and 2016), as a benchmark for future editions, concluding that we have been reducing food waste over time.
