Festival Ticket Office
The festival ticket office is where attendees can purchase their wristband or exchange their online ticket for a wristband, giving them access to the entire site, programmed areas and festival infrastructure, including the campsite.

DISCOUNTS
Daily Tickets
Daily Tickets can be purchased online or at the festival’s ticket office, depending on the capacity of the festival. They allow participants to enter as many days as the number of tickets purchased.
Tickets for Venues
Residents of the Municipality of Reguengos de Monsaraz have a 50% discount on the price table of the festival’s ticket office. To purchase a ticket with discount for locals, they must do so at the festival’s ticket office, by giving proof of address, such as a driving license or a receipt with the address and name of the ticket buyer. Only with proof of address will the ticket with discount for residents be sold.
Free Tickets for Children
Andanças is free for children up to the age of 12, or who turn 13 during the festival. Their entry is guaranteed upon presentation of a valid ticket by their parents or guardians and does not require previous registration. The wristband will only be handed out upon presentation of an identification document.
Discounted Tickets
Members and students of the PédeXumbo Association
Have 25% discount on the general pass.
Members and students of partner associations
Have 20% discount on the general pass. The application of this discount is subject to confirmation on a list sent by the partner association.
Senior Citizens and Unemployed People
(20% discount)
Aimed at people aged 65 or over and people who have been unemployed for 12 months or more. The discount requires proof and can only be applied at the festival’s ticket office.
Family Pass
Families (two adults + minimum of two children aged 13 to 17 years old, belonging to the same household) benefit from a 25% discount on the price of the general pass (example: 4 passes x 100-25%).
ONLINE TICKET OFFICE
The Online Ticket Office closed on July 21.
PédeXumbo members and students
The pass for members and students of the PédeXumbo Association is 75€, which is a 25% discount on the full price of the general pass.
Andanças Bus
It is possible to buy a combined pass with a ticket for the Andanças Bus, in the 1st and 2nd phases of the online sales.
The Andanças Bus leaves Lisbon on July 26 th at 3 PM heads to Campinho. It returns to Lisbon on July 31 st at 10 AM, from Campinho (bus stops to be announced).
The price of the Pass + Andanças Bus ticket will be the same during the first two stages of the online sales. The availability of this combined ticket will depend on the capacity of the vehicle. It is possible to check the capacity during the purchasing process at the online ticket office.

Limited Mobility
(2 general passes/daily tickets for the price of 1)
Intended for people with limited mobility, hearing-impaired or with any visual and/or hearing impairment + companion.
To ensure a pleasant experience, at Andanças we have reserved parking and bathrooms accessible to people with disabilities or reduced mobility near the main enclosure and near the canteen.
Groups
(20% discount)
For groups of a minimum of 10 people when purchased by private social solidarity associations.
Discounts are not cumulative.
*Discount applicable on the price of the general pass/daily ticket without discount.
FURTHER INFORMATION
There will be no ticket exchange or refund. Tickets are personal and nontransferable. Participants must present their identification document (identity card or citizen card) and e-ticket to receive their wristband (no need to print the e-ticket, just show it on the smartphone) at the festival’s ticket office. There, journalists can also exchange credentials (Media).
Tickets purchased at the online ticket office can be exchanged for wristbands starting at 8 PM on July 26 th at the festival’s ticket office. For this exchange it is necessary to present the QRCODE present on the Ticket (no need to print it, just show it on your smartphone) and identification document. Discounts are not cumulative. The organization reserves the right to not exchange the ticket for a wristband to those who do not present the proof of right to purchase a ticket with discount. Values of discounted tickets improperly purchased will not be refunded. The timetable of the festival ticket office will be announced soon.
LIMITED CAPACITY
For safety reasons and to guarantee the comfort and well-being of all participants, this edition of Andanças has a limited capacity of 1500 participants.
